What does consulting Include?
Consulting typically starts with a planning meeting in which we discuss the details of your practice and problem areas. That is followed up with some data gathering and then we will begin to work on creating and and implementing solutions.
What does it cost?
Services are typically billed by the project. Once we have established our objectives, I will create a proposal outlining the expectations, time commitment, and cost for all items included. If additional needs arise, an hourly rate will be assessed as outlined in our contract agreement established prior to the delivery of any consulting services.
In some cases, it is more appropriate to work together on an hourly basis. If this type of work fits your clinic best, we will go forward with this payment structure after our introductory call.
How do I book Services?
Contact me via email (wellnessrn.fh@gmail.com) or through the website contact page. Once we have our initial introductory call, we will book your services based on your needs from there.
Do you come onsite?
I am located in Indiana and a majority of my consulting is done virtually. If you are local to Indiana or require onsite assistance, these arrangements can be made on a case by case basis.
How do you support patient education?
Patient education can make a significant impact on your patient outcomes. Creating patient education materials, supporting staff with education endeavors and educating staff directly can be included in your consulting services.
How long will we work together?
Once your goals and objectives are clearly established, the timeline will be set based on your clinics individual needs. Typically, clients opt to continue a consulting relationship on an ongoing or as needed basis to continue supporting your progress and address any emerging issues down the road.
